MAY 1907 ON <br />May 5th. 1987 ti RECEIVED c <br />�Df NERS <br />Board of County Commissioners �2�lf�Z026`��\'� <br />Indian River County, Florida <br />Dear Commissioners, <br />The residents of the 100 block of 14th. Ave. would like <br />to stage our 6th. annual Independence Day Celebration. As in the past, we <br />are asking your approval to close a small section of 14th. Ave. on July 4th. <br />1987. Our celebration will last from approximately 12:00noon until just after <br />dark. We would also like to include*a small class "C" fireworks display. <br />There is no permit required for this type of fireworks as they,Athe small type. <br />They would be set off by law enforcement*personel who live on 14th.. Ave: There - <br />are four law enforcement personel who live on 14th. Ave. <br />As in the past, we will provide the necessary access for emergency vehicles <br />and things of that nature. The residents of 14th. Ave. are proud to say that <br />we have brought a portion of our community closer together with this event the <br />last five years. We have gone without incident and never had an injury or <br />property damage. We are hopeful that the Commission will again grant us permission <br />to stage our Independence Day Celebration. <br />Thanking you in advance. <br />Perry M.
