Orr, <br />Traffic Engineer <br />DATE: May 12, 1987 FILE: <br />SUBJECT: Traffic Signal Maintenance & <br />Operation Order 1-87 (27th <br />Avenue at 4th Street) <br />REFERENCES: <br />DESCRIPTION OF CONDITIONS <br />The Florida Department of Transportation has submitted the subject document <br />to the County for execution. The document is a standard form required for <br />all traffic signals maintained by public agencies on the state road system <br />and commits the County to operate and maintain the new traffic signal at <br />27th Avenue and 4th Street. <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS <br />1. Authorize the Chairman to sign the subject order to accept the <br />operation and maintenance of the traffic signal at 27th Avenue and 4th <br />Street. <br />2. Reject the order. If the County does not sign the order, the traffic <br />signal will be removed since the FDOT does not maintain si ls. <br />RECOMMENDATION AND FUNDING <br />Alternate 1 is recommended.
