mAy <br />1987 <br />OMB Director <br />Joe Baird explained that this was placed <br />on <br />today's agenda as an emergency item because staff would like to <br />take advantage of this offer from Bent Pines. <br />Bob Komarinetz, Director of Golf, explained that one of our <br />mechanics inspected the equipment and reported that it is in <br />almost perfect working order. <br />Commissioner Bowman asked why Bent Pines was selling their <br />equipment, and Mr. Komarinetz felt that as a private club, they <br />were in a better position to buy new, updated equipment. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wheeler, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously (4-0) <br />authorized staff to purchase used equipment in <br />the amount of $10,000 from Bent Pine Golf Course, <br />as recommended by staff. <br />CHANGE ORDERS #1 AND #2 - HILL JONES CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF <br />GOLF CART STORAGE BUILDING <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 5126187: <br />TO: Honorable Members of <br />the Board of County <br />Commissioners <br />THROUGH: Joseph A.
