JUN 1b yj l <br />RESOLUTION NO. 87- 55 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, ADOPTING AN ENGINEERING STUDY <br />REQUIRED BY THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REGULATION AS A <br />PREREQUISITE FOR RECEIVING GRANT FUNDING <br />FOR CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY SEWER <br />IMPROVEMENTS IN THE ROCKRIDGE AREA, A <br />COPY OF WHICH ENGINEERING STUDY IS <br />ATTACHED AS EXHIBIT "A". <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, has determined that the <br />interests of the citizens and residents of Indian River <br />County, Florida, would best be served by constructing public <br />sewers in Rockridge; and <br />WHEREAS, to receive a grant to fund part of the <br />cost, it is necessary to adopt an Engineering Study required <br />by the Florida Department of Environmental Regulation; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, THAT: <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, hereby adopts the Engineering Study <br />prepared by Camp Dresser & McKee Inc. which report is <br />required by the Florida Department of Environmental <br />Regulation as a prerequisite for receiving grant funding for <br />construction of sanitary sewer improvements in the Rockridge <br />Area. A copy of the Engineering Study is attached hereto <br />and identified as Exhibit "A". <br />The <br />Commissioner <br />Wheeler <br />follows: <br />foregoing resolution was offered by <br />Eggert and seconded by Commissioner <br />and, being put to a vote, the vote was as <br />Chairman Don C.
