Authority for Resolution. This Resolution is adopted <br />pursuant to the provisions of Chapters 125 and 279, Florida Statutes (1985), as <br />amended; County Home Rule Ordinance No. 77-19, as amended; the Master Bond <br />Resolution and other applicable provisions of law. <br />SECTION 2. Definitions. All terms herein shall have the meanings <br />ascribed to them in the Master Bond Resolution, except as otherwise provided <br />herein.
