r- A-7 <br />BOOK <br />OMB Director Baird returned later in the meeting and <br />reported that the lease involves 1,320 sq. feet and it would <br />increase to $715 per month; the $750 figure was a typo. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wheeler, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Eggert, the Board unanimously agreed to <br />extend the current lease with Russell G. Cappelen <br />for eighteen (18) months. <br />LEASE EXTENSION <br />Pursuant to Section VIII of the LEASE AGREEMENT <br />between RUSSELL G.
