BETTY <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at their <br />regular meeting of July 28, 1987. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />The County has been petitioned by Michael Della-Cioppa, owner <br />of the subject property, for the release of the 5 foot common <br />side lot utility and drainage easements of lots 4 and 5, Shell - <br />mound Beach Subdivision, being further described as the northerly <br />5 feet of lot 5 and the southerly 5 feet of lot 4, Replat <br />Portion of Naranja Tract, Shellmound Beach Subdivision, <br />according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 10, <br />page 92, of the public records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />It is the applicants' intention to combine the lots to create <br />one large building parcel. The current zoning classification <br />is RM -6, Multiple -Family Residential District. The land use <br />designation is LD -2, Low Density Residential, up to 6 units per <br />acre. <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS: <br />The request has been reviewed by Southern Bell, Florida Power & <br />Light, Jones Intercable, and Indian River County Utility and <br />Right -of -Way Departments. Based upon their review, there were <br />no objections to the release of the easements. The zoning <br />staff analysis, which included a site visit, showed that <br />drainage would be adequately handled on-site. <br />15 BOOK D J�� <br />
