The Clerk, therefore, <br />would Like the Board's direction. <br />Commissioner Eggert recommended that we grant the $12,000, <br />being that this is the last time we are going to run into this <br />situation because they have got this year to get this worked out. <br />They have the money to pay back the $6,100, and she was assured <br />by Attorney Collins that they will do so. <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman to grant the Housing Authority <br />up to $12,000 out of contingency as a draw. <br />.5 <br />Commissioner Bird asked if this is what the Housing <br />Authority wants - is it their consensus that it is necessary. <br />Finance Director Fry confirmed that the Housing Authority is <br />going to need some funds to make it through the rest of the year. <br />He did feel this a unique situation and a one-time problem as <br />they did have every right to anticipate they would receive the <br />$12,000. <br />Commissioner Eggert noted that they should be through with <br />their lots by the end of September, which should give them a <br />little cushion.
