ON MOTION by Commissioner Bowman, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Eggert, the Board unanimously (4-0) <br />approved the extension of the contract for construction <br />of required subdivision improvements, accepted the <br />extended letter of credit, and authorized the <br />Chairman's signature, as recommended by staff. <br />SECOND AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT AND LETTER OF CREDIT ARE ON FILE IN <br />THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />H. Resolution, Tourist Development Tax, Authorization of Wire <br />Transfer to Designated Bank <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bowman, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Eggert, the Board unanimously (4-0) <br />adopted Resolution 87-82, authorizing the State to <br />designate a bank to receive the local option tourist <br />development tax and authorizing the bank so designated <br />to wire transfer said taxes to a bank designated by <br />Indian River County to receive such funds. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 87- 82 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND <br />AUTHORIZING THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, IN <br />ACCORDANCE WITH RULE 12-10.009 (F.A.C.) TO <br />DESIGNATE A BANK TO RECEIVE THE LOCAL OPTION <br />TOURIST DEVELOPMENT TAX; AUTHORIZING THE BANK SO <br />DESIGNATED TO WIRE TRANSFER SAID LOCAL OPTION <br />TOURIST DEVELOPMENT TAX TO A BANK DESIGNATED BY <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY TO RECEIVE SUCH FUNDS; AND <br />FURTHER TO AUTHORIZE THE BANK DESIGNATED BY THE <br />FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE TO DEDUCT THE COST <br />OF THE WIRE FROM THE AMOUNT RECEIVED FOR TRANSFER. <br />WHEREAS, the Florida Department of Revenue has adopted <br />Chapter 12-10.009, Wire Deposit of Revenue Sharing Funds, in <br />the Rules of the Department of Revenue, State of Florida, <br />and <br />11 <br />BOOK <br />I 54 <br />
