Pinto reported that the north county plant will <br />take all the existing treatment plants along the river, and the <br />lines are sized to handle any expansion. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously (4-0) <br />approved the North County Wastewater System Bond <br />Issue Implementation Schedule, as recommended by <br />staff. <br />Director Pinto reported that we have just been notified by <br />the DER that they have moved our grant for the sludge facilities <br />into the 1988 funding year. They have submitted a rather tight <br />schedule for us to provide them with information, but he felt we <br />could comply. He stressed that this is very good news for us, <br />as the grant is in excess of $1 -million. <br />FELLSMERE LIBRARY DISCUSSION <br />Commissioner Eggert reported a problem with an extra <br />insurance charge of $578 on the Fellsmere Library. Apparently, <br />the insurance company has been charging premiums on a stucco <br />building, and has just discovered that the building is actually <br />stucco on frame.
