PARTIAL RELEASE OF EQUIVALENT RESIDENTIAL UNIT <br />WASTEWATER RESERVATION AND ASSESSMENT LIEN <br />FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of $1,358.00 from <br />REALCOR-VERO BEACH ASSOCIATES, the receipt of which is <br />hereby acknowledged, INDIAN RIVER COUNTY hereby releases the <br />property hereinafter described from that certain Certificate <br />of Wastewater Reservation recorded in 0. R. Book 721, Page <br />985, public records of Indian River County, Florida, and <br />from that certain Special Assessment Roll included in <br />Resolution No. 84-107 recorded in'O': R. Book 700 Page 298, <br />public records of Indian River County, Florida, which is <br />more particularly described as: <br />Lot No. 42-S of COUNTRYSIDE SOUTH, which is <br />owned by REALCOR-VERO BEACH ASSOCIATES, more <br />particularly described as being part of the <br />property legally described in: <br />EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF <br />EXECUTED by the Chairman of the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, and attested <br />and countersigned by the Clerk of such Board this 18th day <br />of August, 1987. �~— <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />Attest: / INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />By <br />CLERK �~ CHAIRMAN <br />SATISFACTION OF ASSESSMENT LIEN <br />For and in consideration of the sum of $132,200.25 <br />received from ADAM McGAVIN, in hand this day, receipt of <br />which is hereby acknowledged, INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />(the County), hereby releases the property hereinafter <br />described from a certain special assessment lien recorded by <br />the County in its official records (Book 700, Page 298) for <br />a special assessment in the amount of $970.45 per equivalent <br />residential unit plus accrued interest at the rate of ten <br />percent, levied in accordance with the provisions of <br />Ordinance No. 83-46 of the County, 'as amended, and <br />Resolution No. 84-107 of the Board of County Commissioners <br />of the County and noted on the Public Records of Indian <br />River County by Certificates of Reservation recorded in O.R. <br />Book 721, Pages 974. The County hereby declares such <br />special assessment lien FULLY SATISFIED. The property, <br />located in Indian River County,— is more -Tully described as <br />follows: <br />RANCHLAND MOBILE HOME PARK <br />Tax I.D. #k01-0080-002.0 <br />INDIAN RIVER FARMS CO. SUBD.
