The <br />C" <br />applicants, Mr. & Mrs. Charles L. Warren, recently re -configured <br />s/f <br />three (3) parcels that they owned within and adjacent to the Sun <br />185' <br />Acre subdivision (see attachment #2). These three parcels <br />D" <br />cons sted of lots 6 and 7 within the Sun Acres subdivision, and a <br />s/f <br />parcel ("Parcel C") which was adjacent to lots 6 and 7 (see <br />none <br />attachment #3). On the south half of lots 6 and 7, a residence <br />E" <br />was ,onstructed. several years ago. In March of this' -year, the <br />s/f <br />Warren's sold -off the.southern portion of all three parcels (Lots <br />92.5' <br />6 and 7 and "Parcel C") along with the existing residence. The <br />F" <br />:.remaining acreage is proposed' to be divided into two buildable <br />s/f <br />--parcels.
