William Curtis, Jr., <br />Public Works Director Florida National Bank <br />dated 8-11-87 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />MrI Curtis of the Florida National Bank is requesting an appeal of staff's <br />position prohibiting left -turn vehicular egress at the north driveway of <br />the. bank along the west of Kings Highway.
