L_I <br />2. The bank so designated is authorized to wire <br />ransfer said Local Option Gas Tax funds to a bank <br />designated by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida. <br />3. The bank designated by the Florida Department :of. <br />Revenue Is authorized to deduct the cost of the wire <br />transfer from the amount received for transfer. <br />The foregoing Resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Bowman who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded <br />by Commissioner Eggert and, upon being put to a vote, <br />the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Aye <br />Vice -Chairman Margaret C. Bowman Aye <br />Commissioner Richard N. Bird Absent <br />Commissioner Carolyn K. Eggert Aye <br />Commissioner Gary Wheeler Aye <br />The Chairman thereupon declared the Resolution duly <br />assed and adopted this 8th day of September, 1987. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />that ,there are three requests for amendments to the Comprehensive <br />Land Use Plan on today's Agenda, and he recommended that they be <br />covered under one ordinance at the end of the public hearings. <br />Separate ordinances would be required, however, for the rezonings01 <br />+b <br />in each case. He noted that the second public hearing is for a <br />rezoning only.
