' S <br />I <br />ORDINANCE NO. 87- 54 <br />Commercial and industrial uses are anticipated to utilize <br />the majority of the land area within the corridor. Where future <br />resi ential development occurs within this mixed-use area, <br />densities shall be limited to six (6) units per acres, including <br />mobile home residential uses. <br />SECTION 3 <br />The Thoroughfare Plan Map of the Transportation Element of <br />the Comprehensive Plan is hereby amended by: <br />i(1) Deleting 43rd Avenue between 53rd Street and 69th <br />Street as a primary collector; <br />(2) Adding 43rd Avenue as a secondary collector between <br />53rd Street and 57th Street; <br />(3) Adding 98th Avenue as a secondary collector from 87th <br />Street north to the Fleming Grant line; <br />(4) Adding 106th Avenue as a secondary collector, from C.R. <br />512 north to the Fleming Grant line; <br />1(5) Adding 102nd Terrace as a secondary collector from C.R. <br />512 north to the Hetra Computer and Telecommunications <br />Industries facility located in Section 26 of Fleming <br />Grant. <br />iSECTION 4 <br />The "District 4" section of the Transportation Capital <br />Improvements Program of the Transportation Element of the <br />Complehensive Plan is hereby amended as follows: <br />41 <br />ROOK 69 mE 302 <br />IV I <br />
