NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that this <br />Board does herewith assess a rate of $ 23.00 per <br />parcel/acre or any portion of an acres of real property <br />within the boundaries of the Laurelwood Street Lighting <br />Municipal Service Taxing Unit.- <br />BE <br />nit:BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the millage as adopted <br />herein shall be filed in the Office of the County Auditor <br />and in the Public Records, and the County Auditor shall <br />transmit forthwith a certified copy of this resolution to <br />the Property Appraiser for Indian River.County, to the Tax <br />Collector for Indian River County, and to the Department of <br />Revenue of the State of Florida. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />ErrFR,z who moved its adoption. The motion was <br />seconded by Commissioner WHEELER and, upon being put <br />to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Don C. Scurlock, Jr. aye <br />Vice Chairman Margaret C. Bowman aye <br />Commissioner Richard N. Bird absent <br />Commissioner Carolyn K. Eggert aye. <br />Commissioner Gary C.
