A <br />Tuesday, September 22, 1987 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, met in Regular Session at the County Commission <br />Chambers, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, <br />September 22, 1987, at 9:00 o'clock A.M. Present were Margaret <br />C. Bowman, Vice Chairman; Richard N. Bird; and Carolyn K. Eggert. <br />Absent were Don C. Scurlock, Jr., Chairman, who was in <br />Tallahassee on county business and Gary C. Wheeler, who was on <br />vacation. Also present were Charles P. Balczun, County - <br />Administrator; Charles P. Vitunac, Attorney to the Board of <br />County Commissioners; Joseph Baird, OMB Director; and Barbara <br />Bonnah, Deputy Clerk. <br />The Chairman opened the meeting, and led the Pledge of <br />Allegiance to the Flag. <br />ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDAIEMERGENCY ITEMS <br />,Commissioner Eggert requested the addition to today's Agenda <br />of a discussion regarding procedures for placing items on the <br />Agenda. <br />Commissioner Bird requested the addition of a brief report <br />on the Parks & Recreation Committee meeting of last week. <br />Administrator Balczun requested the addition of a bid on a <br />crane/hoist for Utilities. <br />Commissioner Bowman requested the addition of a discussion <br />re the rescheduling of the ROSE -4 meeting presently scheduled for <br />October 14, 1987. <br />SEP 22 1987 <br />ROOK .69 uu 485 <br />
