DIRECTOR OF UTILITY SERVICES <br />SUBJECT: BID ACCEPTANCE (HOIST) <br />Indian River County Utilities current pole truck, which has been used <br />to lift pumps from wet wells within the sewer system, was abandoned as <br />inoperable in July 1987. <br />At that time, we told -the Board, we were advertising for bids to have <br />the hoist added to one of the new 3/4 ton utility truck's.
