He believed we will have to go <br />back and revisit impact fees very quickly to make the necessary <br />adjustments. <br />Director Keating stated that is another thing staff is <br />doing. <br />Commissioner Bird felt we actually may have to adjust impact <br />fees annually. <br />Commissioner Bird asked if James Councilman, representing <br />Ciba - Geigy understood what he was suggesting in Paragraph 4, in <br />regard to having the price adjusted by either CPI or a real <br />estate appraisal at that time. <br />Mr. Councilman felt there would be no problem with that <br />provision. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously approved <br />the Contract for Sale and Reservation of Road <br />Right -of -Way with Ciba-Geigy Corporation as <br />amended. <br />22 <br />V <br />
