Fa�E 559 <br />them, and she, therefore, would like to approve the proposed <br />agreement only if it is approved by Attorney Vitunac and Mr. <br />Balczun before it is signed. <br />Attorney Vitunac advised that the reason it wasn't redone <br />was the underwriters were going to redo it according to our <br />comments, and the version that will be signed will be retyped by <br />them. <br />Commissioner Eggert then referred to the question in the <br />margin on Page 9 re "who will be clarified," commenting that she <br />did not feel as if we have a final agreement here. <br />Attorney Vitunac advised that the clarification actually was <br />already done, and he just didn't cross his comment out. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously approved the <br />underwriter's agreement with Raymond James & Assoc., <br />Inc., and A. G. Edwards & Sons, Inc., and authorized <br />the signature of the Chairman upon the agreement being <br />approved by County Attorney Vitunac for correct wording <br />and legal sufficiency for protection of the county. <br />(SAID AGREEMENT WILL BE MADE A PART OF THE RECORD WHEN FULLY <br />EXECUTED AND RECEIVED.) <br />E.
