AMENDMENT OF SECTION 6-3, ASSESSMENT OF <br />ADDITIONAL COURT COSTS; DISPOSITION AND USE. _ <br />Section 6-3 of Article I, Chapter Six of the Code <br />of Laws and Ordinances of Indian River County, Florida, is <br />hereby amended to read as .follows: _ <br />Section 6-3. All such additional assessed costs collected by <br />the aforesaid courts shall be deposited in tV41 &f16f b1 / 1Ffjhl1 <br />df//I/n(cVi/alnl11AjYW/1Q1b& Ytly a local law enforcement education <br />training fund of the county to be used for approved law <br />enforcement training by said county. <br />PART B. ADDITIONAL ASSESSMENT OF CIVIL PENALTIES. <br />In addition, pursuant to Section 318.21, Florida <br />Statutes, twenty-five percent of all civil penalties <br />received by a county court for violations occurring within <br />35 <br />DCT 61987 - Bou 69 PAGE 613 <br />
