Scurlock, Jr., Chai an <br />RESOLUTION NO. 87— 126 <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County, Florida (the "County"), <br />heretofore adopted a Resolution on October 13, 1987 relating to <br />Florida Convalescent Centers, Inc. (the "Corporation"), wherein _ <br />the County authorized the issuance of its revenue refunding bonds <br />for the purposes of refinancing the cost of acquisition, <br />construction and equipping of the Corporation's facility <br />consisting of certain land, buildings, structures and equipment <br />for use as a skilled and intermediate care nursing home facility <br />(the "Project") which is located in Indian River County, Florida; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the County is authorized to issue its revenue <br />refunding bonds to refinance the Project pursuant to the <br />provisions of the Florida Industrial Development Financing Act, <br />Part II of Chapter 159, Florida Statues, as amended; and <br />WHEREAS, in order to satisfy the requirement of Section <br />147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, the <br />County held a public hearing on the proposed issuance of its <br />_ $4,800,000 Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 1987 (Florida <br />Convalescent Centers, Inc.
