Evaluation of the Bid Tabulation Form, which <br />follows this agenda item, clearly indicates the results of the <br />bid. <br />INTENDED -USE OF THE EQUIPMENT <br />Alkyd Thermoplastic Material is a plastic used for pavement <br />markings. <br />SOURCES OF FUNDS <br />Monies have been approved and provided for in the 1987/88 traffic <br />engineering budget. - <br />BID DATA <br />IRC Bid 370 was advertised July 31st, August 3rd, 10th and 17th, <br />1987. Bids were received Wednesday, August 26, 1987 at 2:00 p.m. <br />Four bids were received of which one, Flexo-Lite was a 'no bid'. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously awarded <br />Bid #370 to the low bidder, Pavemark Corporation, as <br />recommended by staff. <br />28 <br />
