Baird <br />OMB Director <br />Description and Condition , <br />The "Bank Run Shell" bids were opened on Wednesday, September 16, <br />1987 at 2:00 p.m. Nine (9) requests for bids were mailed out and two <br />(2) proposals were received. Proposals were as follows: <br />Vendor <br />Global Paving <br />Conrad Smith - <br />Black Hawk Quaries <br />Funding <br />Price if delivered <br />to County (per ton) <br />$6.00 <br />$7.30 <br />Price if picked -up <br />by County (per ton) <br />$2.75 <br />$4.75 <br />Funds were budgeted to the Road and Bridge Department and <br />Petition Paving. <br />Recommendation <br />Staff recommends the Board of County Commissioners award the <br />"Bank Run Shell" IRC Bid # 372 to the lowest bidder, Global Paving. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by Commis- <br />sioner Bowman, the Board unanimously (4-0) awarded <br />Bid #372 for "Bank -Run Shell" to the low bidder, <br />Global Paving at $6.00 per ton delivered and $2.75 <br />per ton picked -up. <br />COUNTY -INITIATED REZONING WEONA SUBDV. - BLK 4 8 BLK 9 <br />The hour of 9:05 o'clock A.M. having passed, the Deputy <br />Clerk ready the following Notice with Proof of Publication <br />attached, to -wit: <br />T 2 7 1987 <br />" �ooK 69 Face 784 <br />
