There were none. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Wheeler, Commissioner Bird being absent, <br />the Board unanimously (4-0) approved the Minutes of <br />the Special Meeting of September 14, 1987, as written. <br />The Chairman asked -if there were any additions or correc- <br />tions to the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of September 22, <br />1987.
