DEC 8 1987 <br />Boa 70 uln?97 <br />1 <br />RESOLUTION N0. 87-146 <br />FRANCHISE AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />AND <br />1400 DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION <br />This Franchise Agreement dated this S:,b day of December , <br />198, by and between INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political subdivision -of <br />the State of Florida, 1840 - 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, <br />(305) 567-8000, (hereinafter referred to as "County") and <br />1400 Develocment Corporation Inc. (hereinafter referred to as <br />"Utility") <br />WITNESSETH:.That for and in consideration of the premises and <br />other good and valuable consideration, it is hereby <br />RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, that: <br />SECTIONI <br />TITLE <br />This Resolution shall be known and may be cited 'as the <br />Grove Isle SYSTEM FRANCHISE. <br />SECTION II ' <br />SAID RESOLUTION IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF CLERK TO THE BOARD IN <br />ITS ENT I' RETY . <br />REPORT ON STATUS OF TREATMENT SYSTEM AT RIVER'S EDGE SUBDIVISION <br />Utilities Director Pinto noted that the Board authorized <br />Utilities to proceed with taking ownership of the utility at <br />River's Edge Subdivision, but before we could, we had to have <br />clear title.
