REMS <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at their <br />regular meeting of December 22, 1987. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />The County has been petitioned by Marie G. Schuyler, owner of the <br />subject property, for release of the five (5) foot utility and <br />drainage easements of Lots 10 and 11, being the westerly five (5) <br />feet of Lots 10 and 11 Block C, Vero Beach Homesites Unit One -"A", <br />Section 15, Township 33, Range 39 East, Indian River County, <br />Florida; according to the Plat thereof as recorded in the Official <br />Record Book 124 Page 349. It is Mrs. Schuyler's intention to <br />construct an addition to her single-family residence located on <br />Lot 12, Block C, Vero Beach Homesites Subdivision Unit One -"A". <br />The current zoning classification is RS -6, Single -Family <br />Residential District. The land use designation ,is LD -2, Low <br />Density Residential, up to six (6) units per acre. <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS: <br />The request has been reviewed by Southern Bell Telephone, Florida <br />Power and Light Company, Florida Cablevision Corporation, and the <br />Indian River County Utility and Right -of -Way Departments. Based <br />upon their review, there were no objections to the release of the <br />five (5) foot utility and drainage easements. The zoning staff <br />analysis showed that •the drainage would be adequately handled on <br />the site. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends to the Board, through the adoption of a <br />resolution, the release of the westerly five (5) foot utility and <br />drainage easements of Lots 10 and 11, Block C, Vero Beach <br />Homesites Subdivision, Unit One -"A", as recorded in Plat Book 3 <br />Page *36, of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by Commis- <br />sioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously adopted Resolution <br />87-151 abandoning certain easements in Vero Beach Home - <br />sites Subdivision as requested by Marie Schuyler. <br />L_ DEC 2 2 1987 9 BOOK 70 D E-3-89 <br />
