'JAI 5 1988 <br />BOOK 70 Ir{..UF 48 1 <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 88-1, abandoning certain easements in the <br />Vero Shores Subdivision, Unit One, Block 9, Lot 14, as <br />requested by Alan and Hatha Artz. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 88-1 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY, FLORIDA, ABANDONING CERTAIN <br />EASEMENTS IN THE VERO SHORES <br />SUBDIVISION, UNIT ONE, LOT 14, <br />BLOCK 9. <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has easements as <br />described below; and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of those easements serves <br />no public purpose; and <br />WHEREAS, Alan and Hatha Artz have agreed to <br />Southern Bell conditions of abandonment that they as the <br />property owners accept responsibility for the expense of any <br />future damage or relocation of the existing Southern Bell <br />Telephone Company's cable on their property; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of <br />County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that: <br />This release of easement is executed by Indian <br />River County, Florida, a political subdivision of the State <br />of Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero <br />Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to Alan & Hatha Artz <br />whose mailing address is 418 22nd Street S.X.,E. <br />Vero Beach, Florida 32962 <br />Grantee, as follows: <br />Indian River County does hereby abandon all right, <br />title, and interest that it may have in the following <br />described easements: <br />SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND <br />INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. <br />12 <br />
