Cost for both printing and distributing the Data Source Guide was <br />estimated to be approximately $18.00 per copy. As part of the <br />approved overall budget, the County's share of the printing costs <br />was approximately $12.00 per copy. However, since this report <br />was partially funded through a federal grant and was intended to <br />stimulate and promote economic development, the staff suggests <br />selling copies to the public for $10.00. <br />Since the E.D.A. grant did not specify the method of distribution <br />of the Guide, the staff prepared and recommends the following <br />distribution schedule for the Data Source Guide: <br />°Free Copies <br />Economic Development Council members 13 <br />Overall Economic Development Council members 13 <br />Other Jurisdictions 5 <br />Planning and Zoning Commission members 7 <br />Chamber of Commerce members and staff 13 <br />Board of Realtors (Directors) 12 <br />Council of 100 members 17 <br />°Free Copies for Chamber of Commerce <br />to use for economic development promotion 120 <br />°Copies to be sold by Planning Department <br />and other groups desiring to sell the Guide 200+ <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners approve <br />the cost per copy and the schedule of distribution of the Data <br />Source Guide as approved by the Economic Development Council. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously approved <br />the cost per copy and the schedule of distribution <br />of the Data Source Guide as approved by the Economic <br />Development Council. <br />H.
