NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA: <br />1. The County approves the transfer of the cable tv license held <br />by Jones Intercable Inc., to Falcon Cable Media. <br />2. The privilege, license, authority and permit above granted <br />are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in Ordinance <br />82-7, as amended from time to time by the Board of County <br />Commissioners, Indian River County, Florida. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner Eggert <br />, <br />who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Wheeler and, upon being put to vote, the vote was as <br />follows: <br />Chairman Don C.
