JAIL 12 1988 <br />BOCK 70 PAF 541 <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by Commis- <br />sioner Bowman, the Board unanimously approved Resolu- <br />tion 88-3 authorizing the Chairman to execute an <br />application for a housing rehabilitation program to <br />assist low-income families, said application being on <br />file in the Office of Clerk to the Board. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 88- 3 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE <br />CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD TO EXECUTE AN APPLICATION <br />FOR A HOUSING REHABILITATION PROGRAM TO ASSIST <br />LOW-INCOME FAMILIES AS ADMINISTERED BY THE STATE <br />OF FLORIDA'S DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AFFAIRS. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County has reviewed this proposal and has received the recom- <br />mendation from the Executive Director of the Indian River County <br />Housing Authority, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDI4N;RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Chairman <br />and the Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners are authorized <br />to execute the attached Application to the State of Florida's <br />Department of Community Affairs .for a. Community Services Block <br />Grant Program (CSBG). <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner Eggert <br />who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Bowman and, upon being put to.a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman' Don C. Scurlock, J;r. Aye' <br />Vice Chairman Gary C.
