MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Wheeler, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, to have the county retain the <br />entire $10,000 as recommended by staff. <br />Commissioner Bird did not believe that is the intent of the <br />ordinance and felt it should be something less. <br />COMMISSIONER BOWMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION. <br />It was voted on and carried 4 to 1 with <br />Commissioner Bird voting in opposition. <br />Commissioner Bowman suggested the mining ordinance be re- <br />viewed, and Dir.
