MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Wheeler, SECONDED by Commissioner Bowman, to have the county retain the entire $10,000 as recommended by staff. Commissioner Bird did not believe that is the intent of the ordinance and felt it should be something less. COMMISSIONER BOWMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION. It was voted on and carried 4 to 1 with Commissioner Bird voting in opposition. Commissioner Bowman suggested the mining ordinance be re- viewed, and Dir.
