At its meeting of December 19, 1987, the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission approved the proposed public participation and <br />recommended that the Board of County Commissioners approve the <br />plan. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners approve <br />the proposed public participation plan and delegate plan <br />preparation/public participation responsibility for various plan <br />elements through the Planning and Zoning Commission to those <br />committees identified in the public participation plan. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously approved <br />the public participation plan and delegated responsi- <br />bility for the various elements to the committees <br />identified. <br />DRAFTED PLAN ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF CLERK TO THE BOARD. <br />REQUEST FOR REESTABLISHMENT OF DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS, <br />STATE OF FLORIDA <br />Administrator Balczun reviewed his memo and that of Veterans <br />Service Officer Vincent McCann: <br />TO <br />C.
