Cerda, Dante Brunetti, <br />Louis E. Simhauser, Sam Giordano, Robert Friedlund, <br />Margaret Lewkowicz and Claude Perosa. <br />In re: Petition and Request to Amend the Land Use Element <br />121314/5„ of the Comprehensive Plan of Indian River County, <br />+ sj Florida, the accompanying Land Use Map, and to <br />^4D JAN 1588 dam Rezone a certain part of a described parcel of <br />:p ro land from Commercial District (C) to Medium <br />nRECEIVED N Density - Residential (MD -2). <br />01aaARD count - ,v <br />,,c4 COMMISSIONERS '�,y Pursuant to. a resolution of the Directors of the <br />_rte A sociation, the above named residents, on behalf of the Asso- <br />iation, its owners and residents, Petition and Request the <br />Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, <br />to Amend the Land Use Element of the Comprehensive Plan of <br />Indian River County, Florida, the accompanying Land Use Map and <br />to Rezone that part of the described parcel, said description <br />being attached hereto, made a part hereof and incorporated herein <br />by reference, of land being and lying EAST of the WESTERLY Three <br />Hundred Fifty Feet (350') from Commercial District (C) to <br />Medium Density - Residential (MD -2). <br />r <br />The property involved in this petition and request <br />is presently owned by Vista Properties, Inc. Leonard L. <br />Farber, Inc. has submitted a site plan for a proposed commercial <br />development, which is presently subject to review and approval. <br />Unit owners of Vista Gardens Association have an easement over, <br />across and upon the entire parcel for access to their common <br />element roadway. Indian River County and the State of Florida, <br />Department of Transportation, also have land adjoining and <br />across a part of said parcel. <br />.
