Vitunac, County Attorney <br />January 26, 1988 <br />CONSENT AGENDA - BCC MEETING 2/2/88 <br />RELEASE OF COUNTY UTILITY LIENS <br />This office has processed the following matters and requests <br />permission for the Chairman to execute the standard release <br />forms: <br />RELEASE of 3 sewer ERUs paid by REALCOR-VERO <br />BEACH ASSOCIATES for Lots 95, 27, and 120 in <br />COUNTRYSIDE SOUTH (Map #41) <br />The back-up information for the above is on file in the <br />County Attorney's Office. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously approved <br />Partial Release of Residential Wastewater Reservation <br />and Assessment Lien for property as described above. <br />State Road 60 SEWER Project <br />Map #41 (285 ERUs Reserved) <br />Release of THREE ERU <br />PARTIAL RELEASE OF EQUIVALENT RESIDENTIAL UNIT <br />WASTEWATER RESERVATION AND ASSESSMENT LIEN <br />FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of $3,890.25 from <br />REALCOR-VERO BEACH ASSOCIATES, the receipt of which is <br />hereby acknowledged, INDIAN RIVER COUNTY hereby releases the <br />property hereinafter described from that certain Certificate <br />of Wastewater Reservation recorded in O. R. Book 721, Page <br />985, public records of Indian River County, Florida, and <br />from that certain Special Assessment Roll included in <br />Resolution No. 84-107 recorded in O. R.
