Finney, SRA <br />Right -of -Way Acquisition Agent <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />Real Estate appraisals are needed to determine the market <br />value of six parcels. The property owners have indicated they <br />will sell the R/W at the market value. Two of the R/W parcels <br />have already been donated and the deeds recorded. The property <br />owner has requested an appraisal of the R/W donated for tax <br />purposes. <br />I have obtained quoted appraisal fees from two appraisal <br />firms in the area. Mr. Fleming stated he does not wish to <br />appraise parcels with possible condemnation court work. <br />RECOMMENDATION AND FUNDING <br />Staff request approval that William Fleeing, SRA, appraise <br />two Barnes parcels (47th Street and I.R.
