,FEB o <br />BOOK 70 F',l.,E 795 <br />Commissioner Wheeler asked how large the lot is, and Robert <br />Keating, Director of Planning & Development, stated that it is <br />under 10,000 sq. ft. <br />Commissioner Bowman asked if $4.47 an hour for the two <br />county employees included Social Security, medical insurance, and <br />fringe benefits, because she felt that $202 was a pretty cheap <br />price for all that work. <br />OMB Director Joe Baird doubted that hourly rate included <br />fringe benefits, which are normally 30% more, and Commissioner <br />Eggert suggested raising it 30%. <br />Chairman Scurlock suggested approval subject to confirmation <br />that the $202 includes all costs incurred by the county. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 88-10, providing for the assessment for <br />abatement of nuisance against Clearview Terrace <br />Subdivision, Lot 6, Block 1, presently owned by <br />1-ederal National Mortgage Association; subject to <br />confirmation that the $202 abatement assessment covers <br />all costs incurred by the county. <br />8 <br />
