1988 <br />L`oo11 �70 o JF 846 <br />Ms. Hill noted that the management comments deal primarily <br />with some of the defects they have due to having a relatively <br />small staff and being faced with rather complex reporting <br />requirements because of the federal funds they receive. She <br />stated that she pointed that out only because they may need some <br />assistance with this during the year. <br />Chairman Scurlock commented that their procedures looked a <br />little loose to him, and Ms. Hill noted that is not uncommon in <br />organizations that are getting started and being faced for the <br />first time with some of this reporting. They are going to have <br />some very detailed record keeping. <br />Chairman Scurlock asked if some sort of constructive program <br />has been presented to them so they can get better organized, and <br />Ms. Hill advised that the auditor's letter with their comments <br />has been presented to them. <br />The Chairman noted that these comments should not appear <br />again next year, and Ms. Hill agreed. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wheeler, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Eggert, the Board unanimously accepted the <br />I.R.C. Comprehensive Annual Financial Report for FY <br />ending September 30, 1987, as well as the Annual <br />Financial Report for the I.R.C.
