ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 88-24, abandoning certain easements in <br />the Roseland Gardens Subdivision, Lots 2 & 4, <br />Block 4. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 88-24 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, ABANDONING CERTAIN EASEMENTS IN <br />THE ROSELAND GARDENS SUBDIVISION, LOTS 2 <br />& 4, BLOCK 4. <br />WHEREAS, the Declaration of Restrictions for Tots 1 <br />through 10 of Block 4, in Roseland Gardens Subdivision <br />according to the plat thereof, recorded in the office of <br />Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River County, Florida <br />in plat Book 8, Page 25 contains a Declaration of an <br />Easement "for the installation and maintenance of public <br />utilities and drainage facilities" as shown in Official <br />Record Book 554 Page 362; and <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has contacted all public <br />utilities to determine whether such easements are required <br />by those public utilities; and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of those easements serves no <br />public purpose, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that: <br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River <br />County, Florida, a political subdivision of the State of <br />Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero <br />Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to Andrew R. & Jennifer R. <br />Hausman, whose mailing address is P.O.
