RESOLUTION NO. 88-25 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO THE <br />FARMERS HOME ADMINISTRATION RELATING TO COUNTY <br />SEWER FACILITIES IN GIFFORD. <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has determined a need for <br />County sewer facilities; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has employed <br />engineers to prepare a Master Plan for the development of <br />sewer facilities; and <br />WHEREAS, the United States government, through the <br />Farmers Home Administration, has loan moneys available for <br />financing sewer facilities;and <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County desires to make an <br />application for a loan or grant from the Farmers Home <br />Administration; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the <br />Commission Chairman is authorized to request, prepare, and <br />execute all necessary Farmers Home Administration documents <br />and forward same to the FmHA on behalf of the Board. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Eggert who moved its adoption. The motion was <br />seconded by Commissioner Bowman and, upon being put <br />to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Aye <br />Vice -Chairman Gary C. Wheeler Aye <br />Commissioner Richard N. Bird Aye <br />Commissioner Margaret C. Bowman Aye <br />Commissioner Carolyn K.
