REVIEW PROCESS <br />Types of Requests for Review <br />• Classification Allocation <br />- Employee may request review <br />• Classification Design <br />- Only managers can request review <br />• Grade Assignment <br />- Only managers can request review <br />• Implementation <br />- Questions addressed; reviews not <br />conducted <br />Guidelines <br />• Employee discusses concerns with immediate <br />supervisor first. <br />• Employee may then complete Request for <br />Review Form. <br />▪ Form developed by Personnel <br />▪ Employee section stating facts which <br />support the need for review <br />- Supervisor section to be completed <br />confirming agreement/disagreement <br />with those facts <br />• Personnel reviews Original JDQ, job <br />specifications and request form.
