Bill <br />was involved in 99% of all the evaluations. <br />Chairman Scurlock noted that, in other words, the audit <br />mechanism in looking at the questionnaires was provided by TPF&C <br />and Mr. Blankenship, and Administrator Balczun advised that he <br />and Bill did the department heads. <br />SPR 21 (68 <br />4 <br />BOOK. 72 E 137 <br />
