McCoy pito REFERENCES: <br />Staff Planner <br />sea oaks <br />JOHN <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at its regular <br />meeting of April 26, 1988. <br />1. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />River Homes II Subdivision is a 14 lot subdivision of a ±3.2 acre <br />parcel located in the interior of the Sea Oaks West project. The <br />current zoning is RM -6, (Multi -Family Residential, up to 6 units/ <br />acre) with a land use designation of LD -2 (Low Density Residen- <br />tial, up to 6 units/acre). At their regular meeting of February <br />11, 1988, the Planning and Zoning Commission granted preliminary <br />plat approval to the subdivision. The Board of County <br />Commissioners granted conceptual PRD approval at its February 23, <br />1988 meeting. This is the first plat of several for the overall <br />PRD area. The owner, Sea Oaks Communities, Inc., is now <br />requesting final plat approval and has submitted: <br />1. a final plat in conformance with the approved preliminary <br />plat, and approved conceptual PRD plan. <br />ANALYSIS: <br />All required improvements have been constructed and have been <br />inspected and approved by Public Works and Utilities Department. <br />All requirements for final plat approval have been satisfied. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners grant <br />final plat approval to River Homes II Subdivision. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by Commis- <br />sioner Bowman, the Board unanimously granted Final <br />Plat Approval of Sea Oak's.
