Florida. <br />to consider adoption of the following proposed <br />resolution* <br />RESOLUTION NO. 88- <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN <br />RIVER COUNTY. FLORIDA. PROVIDING <br />FOR CERTAIN PAVING AND DRAINAGE <br />IMPROVEMENTS TO 61ST. DRIVE <br />NORTH OF $t0. PROVIDING THE <br />TOTAL ESTIMATED COST. METHOD OF <br />PAYMENT OF ASSESSMENTS. NUM. <br />BER OF ANNUAL INSTALLMENTS. AND <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF THE AREA <br />SPECIFICALLY BENEFITED <br />WHEREAS, the County Public Works Depart- <br />ment has received a public improvement peti. <br />tion. signed by more than % Of the owners of <br />property in a portion of the area to be specially <br />benefited, requesting paving and drainage im- <br />provements to 61st Drive North of 510. <br />WHEREAS, the construction of paving and <br />drainage improvements by special assessment <br />funding r5 authorized by Section 11.21. 11-22. <br />and 11.41, Indian River County Code of Laws <br />and Ordinances: the cost estimates and prelimi. <br />nary assessment rolls have been completed by, <br />the Public Works Department; and the total esti• <br />mated cost of the proposed paving and drainage <br />improvements is THIRTY TWO THOUSAND <br />FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS (532.400 00); and <br />WHEREAS, the special assessment provided <br />hereunder Shall. for any given record owner of <br />property within the area specially benefited. be <br />irr an amount equal to Mat proportion of seventy. <br />live percent (75%)•of the total cost of the project <br />which the number of lineal feet of road frontage <br />owned by the given owner bears to the total <br />number of lineal feet of road frontage within the <br />areas specially benefited: and <br />WHEREAS. the special assessment shall be. <br />come due and payable at the Office of the Tax <br />Collector of Indian River County ninety (90) days <br />alter the final determination of the special as. <br />sessment pursuant to Section 11.42.
