ON MOTION by Commissioner Wheeler, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Eggert, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Ordinance 88-20 establishing commercial plant <br />nurseries and greenhouses as a permitted use in <br />the CL District. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 88- 20 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING <br />SECTION 19.CL: LIMITED COMMERCIAL DISTRICT, OF APPENDIX A OF <br />THE CODE OF LAWS AND ORDINANCES OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />KNOWN AS THE ZONING CODE., ESTABLISHING COMMERCIAL PLANT <br />NURSERIES AND GREENHOUSES AS A PERMITTED USE IN THE CL <br />DISTRICT, AND PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF CONFLICTING <br />PROVISIONS, CODIFICATION, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County that: <br />SECTION 1 <br />Section 19 (b) (5) of the Code of Laws and Ordinances is <br />hereby created as follows: <br />Section 19.CL: Limited Commercial District <br />(b) Permitted Uses <br />(5) Agricultural Uses: <br />Plant nurseries and greenhouses <br />SECTION 2 <br />REPEAL OF CONFLICTING PROVISIONS <br />All previous ordinances, resolutions, or motions of the <br />Board of County Commissioners or Indian River County, Florida <br />which conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby <br />repealed to the extent of such conflict.
