MAY 1 7 1988 <br />BOOK 72 PAGE A:38 <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends to the Board,through the adoption of a resolution, <br />the release of the southerly four (4) feet of the northerly <br />twelve (12) foot utility and drainage easement of Lot 17, Block <br />M, Indian River Heights Subdivision Unit No. 8, Section 13, <br />Township 33 South, Range 39 East, Plat Book 7, Page 31, of the <br />Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wheeler, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 88-33, abandoning certain easements in <br />Indian River Heights Subdivision, Unit No. 8, Lot <br />17, Block M. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 88-33 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY, FLORIDA, ABANDONING CERTAIN <br />EASEMENTS IN THE INDIAN RIVER <br />HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION UNIT NO. 8, LOT <br />17, BLOCK M <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has easements as <br />described below, and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of those easements serves <br />no public purpose, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of <br />County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that: <br />This release of easement is executed by Indian <br />River County, Florida, a political subdivision of the State <br />of Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero <br />Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to Prakash S. Dalal and, <br />Joann Miller Dalal, his wife, their successors in interest, <br />heirs and assigns, whose mailing address is C/O Off Broadway, <br />Govenor Square Mall, Tallahassee, Florida 32301, Grantee, as <br />follows: <br />Indian River County does hereby abandon all right, <br />title, and interest that it may have in the following <br />.described easements: <br />SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND <br />INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. <br />6 <br />
