<br />THIS QUIT -CLAIM DEED, Executed this Iq It day of llc1988,
<br />by the CITY OF VERO BEACH, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation existing under
<br />the laws of the State of Florida, having its principal place of business in the County
<br />of Indian kiver and the State of Florida, and lawfully authorized to transact
<br />business in the State of Florida, "GRANTOR," to INDIAN RIVER COUNTY,
<br />FLORIDA, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, "GRANTEE."
<br />WITNESSETH: That the said GRANTOR, for and in consideration of the sum of
<br />$10.00 and in hand paid by the said GRANTEE, the receipt whereof Is hereby
<br />acknowledged, does, subject to the restriction set forth herein, hereby remise,
<br />release, and quit -claim unto the said GRANTEE forever, all the right, title,
<br />Interest, claim, and demand which the said. GRANTOR has in and to the following
<br />described lot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying, and being in the County of
<br />Indian River, State of Florida, to -wit:
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and singular the
<br />appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and all the estate,
<br />right, title, interest, lien, equity, and claim whatsoever of the said GRANTOR,
<br />either in law or equity, to the only proper use, benefit, and behoof of the said
<br />GRANTEE forever.

<br />site. Said Library Is to be completed no later
<br />than April 5, 1995. Any monies realized from
<br />sale of said quit -claimed property must be used
<br />for books and internal requirements for the main
<br />County Library and shall not be used for bricks
<br />and mortar or for the reduction of the amount of
<br />the bond issue. Should GRANTEE fail to fulfill

<br />the requirements of this condition subsequent,
<br />the GRANTEE shall immediately reconvey said
<br />property by a quit -claim deed to the City of
<br />Vero Beach. Reconveyance to the City may be
