The <br />total price of the original contract was $64;620.00. Change <br />order -#I approved by the Board on May 17, 1988 to upgrade the <br />carpet adds $2,0.24.00. During the projects final phases it was <br />brought to my attention that a problem existed in the return air <br />ducting and secondary drain pans for an existing fan coil unit <br />serving the Administration area of the Utilities Department.. In <br />order to keep the project moving I directed the air conditioning <br />sub -contractor to install the necessary duct work and secondary <br />drain pan (required by code).
