Terry, CE <br />Civil Engineer <br />SUBJECT: Final Assessment <br />1) North & South Tropicana East of U.S. 1 <br />2) 110th Street (Paradise Lane) East of U.S. 1 <br />DATE:- June 29, 1988 <br />-------------------------- --------------------------------------- <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />The paving of the above roadways has been completed. Listed <br />below is a comparison of the preliminary estimate and the final <br />costs to the homeowners by street. It is noted that all <br />construction costs are under the original estimates: <br />1) North & South <br />Tropicana <br />100% <br />75% <br />2) 110th Street <br />100% <br />75% <br />Prelim. Est. <br />$55,500.00 <br />$41,625.18. <br />$27,750,.00 <br />$20,812.60 <br />Final Cost <br />$39,257.47 <br />$29,443.10 <br />$19,804.89 <br />$14,853.67 <br />The final assessment roll has, been prepared and is ready to <br />be delivered to the Clerk to the Board. Assessments are to be <br />paid within 90 days or in two equal installments, the first to be <br />made twelve months. from the due date and the second to be made <br />twenty-four months from the due date -at an interest rate of 12% <br />established by The Board of County Commissioners.
