Eggert REFERENCES: Mental Health Center <br />County Commissioner Inc. letter dated <br />6/28/88 <br />The purchase of the Sloan buildings and land for a drug <br />rehabilitation facility is a unique opportun=ity t:o meet Indian <br />River County's tremendous need for affordable treatment for <br />substance abuse IF the buildings and land are as they are <br />presented. <br />I recommend our participating at the 25.6% level in the purchase <br />of these buildings and land under the following conditions: <br />1. the other three counties participate in their full <br />percentage share of the purchase; <br />2. the land survey and appraisal are accurate; <br />3. the buildings are in a condition suitable for use; <br />4. the zoning is proper and there are no hindering site <br />restrictions; <br />3 Boas 73 r-,nUE 209 <br />,JUL 12 1988 <br />
